Team Members

DIANA DALL’OCCHIO
Diana has been working as a Spanish Interpreter and Translator since 1978. She is certified by the state of California as a court interpreter and is accredited by the American Translators Association(ATA) and approved by the Los Angeles Superior Court as a translator. Diana also holds a degree in conference interpreting. She is currently vice-president of the California Court Interpreters Association, an organization dedicated to advancing the standards of court interpreting.

ROSSY FRANKLIN
Rossy is certified by the state of California as well as the U.S. Federal Courts as a Spanish interpreter. She has worked as an examiner for the oral Federal Certification Examination and as rater for the National Center for State Courts. She has extensive experience as a conference interpreter and is an approved translator for the L.A. Superior Court.

CECILIA GUTIERREZ
Cecilia holds a B.A. degree in Spanish from St. Mary’s College in California, and lived and worked in Mexico City for 13 years. She has been a certified Spanish language interpreter for 19 years. She is also certified by the U.S. Federal Courts, and has worked as an examiner for the oral Federal Certification Examination and as rater for the National Center for State Courts. Cecilia is an approved translator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. She is also certified to work on wire-taps with clearance by the F.B.I.

AMELIA LOERA
Amelia has an extensive background in public accounting and has been a state certified court interpreter/translator for over six years. She is certified as a translator by the Los Angeles County Superior Court and she also has extensive experience interpreting in conferences both in the public and private sector. She has been an instructor teaching courses on interpretation and translation. Because Amelia is a Notary Public, she is able to notarize legal documents for local courts and obtain Apostilles for international courts.

STEPHANIE PENN
Stephanie has a B.A. degree in Spanish Literature from the Universidad de las Americas, Mexico and an M.A. in Romance Languages from the University of Oregon. She is certified by the state of California and the U.S. Federal Courts as a Spanish interpreter. Stephanie has worked as an examiner for the oral Federal Certification Examination and as rater for the National Center for State Courts. She has also been on the list of approved translators.

MARCELA STOHN
Marcela is certified as a court interpreter by the state of California and the U.S. Federal Courts. She has worked as an examiner for the oral Federal Certification Examination and as rater for the National Center for State Courts. She is an approved translator for L.A. Superior Court. Marcela also has extensive experience as a conference interpreter and in 2003 received a Special Recognition Award from the Juvenile Courts Bar Assoc. (JCBA) for professional contributions and exemplary service.
